Phoenix Cheesesteaks
Like Philly Cheesesteaks but without any of the right ingredients
Like a Philly Cheesesteak except when you don't have any of the right ingredients.
Ingredients
- Steak
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Bread
Directions
- Thinly slice the steak, cutting against the grain. The thinner the better
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Once the butter gets foamy, throw in the steak
- Stir the steak until browned
- Drain any juices
- Throw cheese into the meat, toss it around, and toss it on the bread
