Indian Butter Chicken

Indian-style chicken with spinach and naan

Don't know why it's called butter chicken because there's a lot of stuff in it other than butter, but I'm not the Indian food naming president so here ya go.

Ingredients

  • 1 container Greek yogurt
  • 1 container simmer sauce
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 oz spinach
  • 1/4oz ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 naan breads
  • butter

Directions

  1. Bake the chicken
  2. Wilt the spinach in a skillet over medium heat with 2 Tbsp butter
  3. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes, and heat in simmer sauce
  4. Add greek yogurt, stir to combine
  5. Heat naan. Plate chicken over naan with spinach on the side
