Don't know why it's called butter chicken because there's a lot of stuff in it other than butter, but I'm not the Indian food naming president so here ya go.
Ingredients
1 container Greek yogurt
1 container simmer sauce
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 oz spinach
1/4oz ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 naan breads
butter
Directions
Bake the chicken
Wilt the spinach in a skillet over medium heat with 2 Tbsp butter
Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes, and heat in simmer sauce
Add greek yogurt, stir to combine
Heat naan. Plate chicken over naan with spinach on the side
